Following years of activities under the name of BGK Technical-Engineering and Trading Company and with regard to the development of the company in different fields and the progress that we have achieved, we came to the point that to comply with requirements of our customers and also the goals that we are after, we need to make changes in the top chart and design new divisions in the company, therefore the owners decided to create three new subsidiaries under the title of power, control, oil & gas, and change name and logo of the holding company.

According to the latest general assembly of the shareholders of BGK, it was decided that company's name and logo to be changed. Considering new decision, the logo and title of the holding company is changed to Bahman Gostaresh Kian Industrial Group, briefly named as BGK INDUSTRIAL GROUP.
